·         Mainly involved in formulation compounding chemist, filtration and filling activities.

·         Handled moist heat sterilizer (MACHINE FABRIC AUTOCLAVE).

·         I can handle vial washing,filling machine (NKP PHARMA).

·         I can handle cartridge filling machine(MAR MACHINE).

·         CIP, SIP, validation and Operation of Freeze dryer (LSI).

·         CIP, SIP, validation and Operation of mixing vessels.

·         Execution of media fills validations, Process validations & Cleaning validations.

·         Taking line clearance for washing, filling & Sealing operations.

·         Monitoring personnel movements in Aseptic area operations.

·         Involved in online completion of BMR, log books & final review.

·         Maintenance of various documents and records as per cGMP.
